 Luo kunsheng was born in Long Gangwei Village of Yenan Town in Xingning of Guangdong province. He has been a chief engineer in a radio factory and a head of Electronic Research Institute one after another. He has been a general manager of an enterprise of American investment in China since 1992. He has completed more than ten monographs, which have been translated into many foreign.
He completed scores of inventions, some of which early or late gained more than 10 patents, which made him win golden medal and silver medal. He has ever been a deputy director in an out-patient department of a hospital for about one and a half year. During that time, he specially cured terminal patients, they got excellent curative effect. In localization, he enjoyed the good name of ¡°inventor king¡± and ¡°highly skilled doctor¡±.
