首先，感谢大家在百忙中来参加我们举办的这次新闻发布会。
First of all, thank you for participating in
this news release conference we hold, given your
full schedule.
我是罗坤生，现任设在广州的美国独资公司的总经理。
我担任这个总经理已经15年了。在座各位手中拿的资料里面有较详的介绍。
I am Luo-Kunsheng, am the general manager of the
corporation with 100 % American investment in
Guangzhou. It has already
been 15 years since I served as this general
manager. There is more detailed introduction
inside the materials bag everyone takes in the
hand present.
今天，我在这里通过你们向世界宣告：我经过17年的研究，取得了四项世界最先进的高科技突破：
Today, I will declare to the whole world via
everybody: I acquired 4 items of the most
advanced high-tech breakthrough after 17-year
research.
1、 发现了一个新的宇宙法则；
2、 发明出世界第一枚治疗专用的生物电子芯片；
3、 揭示出癌症的本质，并且无私地并向全世界民众提供免费的治疗。
4、 将普通自来水转变成可内外兼用的万能药，而且人人都能做到。
1, The Discovery of a New Cosmic Law；
2, The Successful Invention of the First
Worldwide Electronic Therapy Biochip；
3, The Disclosure of the essence of cancers.
Freely unselfishly treat

现在我就来简要地介绍这四个项目的内容。
Now, let me briefly introduce these 4 items.
现代物理学认为宇宙中存在4种力：电磁力、万有引力、强力和弱力。研究将几种力统一起来的理论叫做“统一场论”，它是由阿尔伯特•爱因斯坦于20世纪初提出来的。可是一百年过去了，世界科学家只统一了弱力和电磁力这两种力。
Modern physics thinks that there are 4 kinds of
force in the universe: electromagnetic force,
gravitation, strong force and weak force. The
study on unifying several kinds of force is the
“Unification Field Theory”, which was put
forward by Albert Einstein at the beginning of
the 20th century. But worldwide scientists only
unified weak force and electromagnetic force
since 100 years passed.
2006年7月，我和罗树伟合著的《宇宙统一场论》的中英文版本已在香港出版。该书中发现、揭示和论证了一个十分重要的宇宙法则，这个法则已经广泛地被我们推广和应用。 这才有了我下面要讲的几项世界重大发现和发明。
The English and Chinese
version of the book titled
Theory of the Universal Unified Field
written by me in collaboration with Luo-Shuwei
was published in Hong Kong
in July 2006. It discovers reveals and
demonstrates a vital cosmic law, which has been
extensively applied and popularized. Thus, 4
items of worldwide significant achievement came
into being.
上述的发言仅是个引子，
现在，我来发布发现和发明的具体内容。(一)，发现了一个宇宙的新法则。
Above speech is only an
opening word. Now, I release the detailed
content of my discovery and invention. (In the
first place), we discovered a new cosmic law.
根据我们的研究，我们发现和确立了宇宙中第5种力的存在，我们给它取名叫“灵力”，统一所有的力的研究就叫“宇宙统一场论”。如果没有这第5种力，其他几种力的统一根本是不可能的，这就是为什么世界科学家经过一百年的研究都无法成功完成对力的统一的根本原因。
According to our study, we discovered and radicated
the existence of the fifth kind of force which
exists in the cosmos. We name it “soulforce”.
The study on unifying all kinds of force is the
“Universal Unified Field Theory”. Were there not
the 5th kind of force, it would be
impossible to unify entire existing forces. That
is the most essential sake why worldwide
scientists cannot complete the unification among
all kinds of force following 100-year research.
根据《宇宙统一场论》的阐述，宇宙统一场不仅是联系和统一4种力的桥梁，而且还是宇宙中的万事万物发展的源泉。上天创造人类，人从胚胎发育到出生和长大，一直是处在宇宙统一场之中的.所以，可以说“宇宙统一场”才是生命的源泉。
According to the discussion in “Universal Unified Field Theory”, the universal unified field is
not only the bridge whereby to unify 4 kinds of
force and have them contact one another, but
also the source of everything’s development in
the entire cosmos. Human have been living in the
Universal Unified Field during the duration of
fetation, nativity and growth since Heaven
created person. Therefore, the Universal Unified
Field is indeed the human life’s source.
由于宇宙的造化，上天创造人类，将维持生存的必需品：阳光、空气、水和健康都同时无偿地赐给了人类，否则生命一天也无法维持。大家想想看，地球上那么多微生物和小昆虫无医无药，却繁衍生息了几十亿年。可见，“健康与生命同在”，是宇宙中关于生命的最基本法则。
Had the necessities for
survival
i.e. sunshine, air, water and health been freely given
to person at the same time when person was
created, persons would be unable to be alive in
one day. Just think all microbe and gnat on the
earth haven’t been on the edge of extinction
after several billion years of multiply, which
is the apparent evidence that “life and health
coexisting” is the basic life-related cosmic
principle.
基于“健康与生命同在”这个宇宙法则，人根本就不应该生病； 即使生了病，也可以全部不药而愈。人类的多病完全是人类的无知造成的。
Due to the cosmic principle
that “life and health coexist”, person should
not fall ill, even if fall sick, his/her disease
can also be spontaneously cured. So, human’s
sickliness is entirely caused by ignorance.
(二)，我成功地发明了一种可以同时治疗万病的专用芯片。
2, I successfully invented a
kind of special-purpose chip which can
synchronously treated entire diseases.
现代医学发明了许多检查人体的仪器。例如，心电图仪可检查人的心脏状况，脑电图仪可检查人的大脑状况。也就是说，人体生物电的不正常就是万病之源。
Modern medicine invents a wide
variety of the human body-detecting instruments.
For instance, electrocardiograph can detect
heart’s condition. Electroencephalograph can
detect brain’s condition. In other words, the
abnormality of human bioelectricity is the
source of all diseases.
如果录取健康人的生物电，如心电、胃电、肝电、脑电、皮肤电等等，再通过电脑合成、编码，制成一种电子芯片（晶片），利用这种芯片，就可以设计成一台仪器，用来调节人体的生物电达到正常，那么，所有疾病都可以不药而愈了。
Recording healthy person’s
various bioelectricities, such as heart
electricity, stomach electricity, liver
electricity, brain electricity, skin
electricity, and integrating and encoding them
via computer, a kind of electronic chip and a
set of device upon which to base that chip can
be manufactured. And then, all diseases can be
cured without meditation if human body’s
bioelectricities are adjusted to be normal via
device.
同理，也可以将这种芯片设计进电脑网络中，仅通过登录网页，就可以利用网络的“在线治疗”，这样几乎不花钱，不分地区国界、不分民族、不分信仰和文化，不分贫富，所有病人的病都可“不药而愈”。
In like manner, the
information of chip can also be installed in the
website. Thus, all illnesses can be freely
conquered via the new-style “web-based hospital”
on which to base “online therapy” without
meditation, no matter sufferer’s nationalities,
religions, cultures and economy condition.
在治病功效上,

The curative effect in

3, Our successful research
works out the essence of cancer. Worldwide
patients can obtain free treatment.
“癌症”被医学界定义为“不治之症”，实际上糖尿病、心脑血管病、肾衰竭、肝硬化、牛皮癣等等疾病都被称为“不治之症”。据报载，单就美国，一年消耗在对癌症的研究上的经费就超过几百亿美元。
Cancer is called “incurable”
disease by medical field. In fact, a great many
diseases, such as diabetes, angiocardiopathy,
cerebrovascular disease, renal failure,
hepatocirrhosis, psoriasis are entirely treated
as “incurable” disease. It is reported that the
fund consumed in the study on cancer actually
runs into tens of billions dollars only in
USA.
其实，癌症和所有的不治之症，全部都不是病，全部都仅仅是同一种发生在高维时空的反映到三维可见时空的一种不同的表面现象。本质上仅仅是因为人体生物场受到了干扰变紊乱了。
As a matter of fact, cancers
and all incurable diseases are nothing but a
uniform kind of outwardly different phenomenon
which occurs in higher dimensional space-time
and that is reflected in the visible
3-dimensional space-time. In essence, they are
simply caused by human bio-field disorder due to
exogenous evil inbreak.
只要人体生物场被调整到和宇宙统一场同步，所有病都可以不药而愈。
Entire diseases can be
spontaneously cured without
medicament if only the human bio-field is
coordinated to be synchronous with the Universal
Unified Field.
然而,
直到今日,
世界医学界仍不了解那些病的本质，因为这个医学界对疾病的研究方法全都错了,
所以他们的研究，全部是徒劳无益的。
However, up to now, global
medical field still remain uncertain what cause
multitudinous diseases, because present-day
medical community utilizes incorrect method to
study diseases. Consequently, their studies on
disease are inevitable to be useless.
根据17年的研究，现在我可以肯定地告诉大家：癌症＝不治之症＝良性肿瘤＝糖尿病＝心脑血管病＝肝硬化＝尿毒症＝各种疼痛＝皮肤病＝腹泻＝脚气＝感冒……这就是我揭示的“癌”的本质。
After 17-year research, now, I
can affirmatively tell everyone: cancer = (up
to) incurable disease = innocent tumour =
diabetes = cardiovascular disease =
cerebrovascular disease = hepatocirrhosis =
uremia = various pains = skin disease =
diarrhoea = beriberi = cold… That is the essence
of cancer we disclosed.
现在我在这里向全世界宣告，实质上人只患一种病，我称之为“人体生物信息紊乱综合症”,
我们创造的疗法叫“信息疗法”。只要人体生物场与宇宙统一场同步，则万病都可不药而愈。这就是中国的中医喊了几千年的“天人合一”。
Here, I declare to the whole
world: in essence, entire diseases human come
down with is a uniform kind of disease, we name
such disease “Human Body’s Bio-information Chaos
Syndrome”, we call therapeutics we create
"information therapeutics". All diseases can be
spontaneously healed if the human bio-field
being synchronous with the Universal Unified
Field, which is the “Unification between Heaven
and Man” traditional Chinese Medicine has
already studied for several thousand years.
基于对一个宇宙固有法则的利用,
我们利用发明的电子芯片建立了“网络医院”。所以，它对所有疾病的治疗，有效率是100%；只要坚持，必有奇效,
治愈率也应该是100%的。17年来，已有远远超过百万以上、久经世界各大医院治疗无效的各类癌症和各类奇难恶症患者获得了健康。这就是铁证。
On the basis of the
application to a cosmic immanent principle, we
already established new-style “web-based
hospital” by utilizing the special-purpose
therapy chip. So, treatment to all diseases is
efficient with 100 per cent. There must be
indeed strange effect if persistence. Cure rate
ought to be 100 percent as well. Over the past
17 years, our research outcome has already cured
over million patients who suffered from a great
variety of cancers and strange complicated
diseases and that already obtained long-term
useless treatment in routine hospitals, which
are the clear evidence by which to confirm our
successful study.
我们已在中国、香港、美国建立了多个这样的“网络医院”（治疗时不接触人体，无丝毫副作用，有中、英文内容），广大民众可免费地从中下载治疗信息并直接用它予治病。我们已经将这种无私的爱播洒给全世界。
We already had the information
of special-purpose therapy chip installed in

如果病人是晚期癌症病人，最后的疼痛连注射吗啡都不起作用时，用这个方法，不久即可止痛，直到病人痊愈或者死去，病人都再不会有痛苦。
So simple is the method by
which to obtain free treatment from the
“web-based hospital” we established: everything
will be ok if put computer loudspeaker mouth aim
at uncomfortable human body’s member. (Please
consult figure 1) Such way can quickly relieve
intense pain when there is no point injecting
morphine for terminal cancerous patients. And
patients will not feel painful until recover
from illnesses or pass away.
获得卫生部科技进步一等奖的《中国健康调查报告》一书,
是由中国预防医学科学院、美国康奈尔大学和英国牛津大学三个部门的专家花了廿年时间协作完成的。该书中明确写道：“动物蛋白能显著增加患癌症、心脏病、糖尿病、多发性硬化病、肾结石、骨质疏松、高血压、白内障和老年痴呆症等疾病的患病几率”。也就是说，动物蛋白就是百病之源。
A book titled
The China Press, which obtained the First Prize of Science and
Technology Progress of the Ministry of Public
Health, was composed by relational specialists
in China Academy of Preventive Medical Science, American Connell
University and British Oxford
University after 2-decade
cooperation. It clearly says: “Animal's albumen
can evidently increase the probability of the
occurrence of cancers, heart disease, diabetes,
multiple sclerosis, kidney stone, osteoporosis,
hypertension, cataract, senile dementia, and so
forth.” In other words, animal's albumen is the
source of entire diseases.
治病和洗衣服是一个道理：如果在洗衣服过程中，您不断地向洗衣桶内加污水、油渍，这衣服永远也休想洗干净！治病，首先要切断致病源，这是常识.可惜整个医学界几乎全都不懂这个道理,
更不知道什么是真实的致病源。难怪被研究了几百年、几千年的“不治之症”还是不治之症。我们严格要求病人禁止食用所有的野生动物和所有的鱼类。我们的研究显示：鱼和野生动物是万病之源。对癌症病人要求绝对素食。
To cure disease seems to wash
clothes. Don’t imagine that is possible for
clothes to be washed clean if sewages, greasy spot are being added
continuously while clothes are being
washed. To cure diseases, the disease-causing
source should be cut off at first. It is a pity
that worldwide medical field don’t understand
this common sense and what real pathogenic
course is. No wonder incurable diseases that
have already been studied for several hundred or
thousand years remain incurable. We severely
require patients not to eat entire wild animals,
all kinds of fish under treatment. Our study
shows entire wild animals and all kinds of fish
are the source of all diseases. Therefore,
cancerous patient must be an absolute vegetarian.

创造了一种将自来水转变成具有生命能量的水，我们把它叫作“全息水”。
4, we created a kind of water
changed from tap water and that has life energy.
We name such water “Holographic water”.
这种“全息水”的制造方法，就是让普通自来水“听”我的网络播音。(如图二) 这种“全息水”可以用来治疗所有的病, 也可以由来清洗所有的伤口。
Ordinary tap water after being
treated by the therapy information in the
“web-based hospital” can be turned into the
“Holographic water”, which can be used for
treating all diseases and washing all wounds.

这种全息水具有快速消炎、止痛、止血、化瘀的功效。假如某人切菜时不小心割伤手指，将受伤的手指浸泡在水里，一会功夫就止痛、止血。最妙的是止痛，全息水是世界医学界都不可能发明出来的最低成本最高效的止痛药。
Such “Holographic water” can quickly diminish
inflammation, relieve pain, arrest blood and
remove blood stasis. Suppose someone injures
finger by mistake while cutting dishes,
holographic water can quickly complete pain
stopping, blood arresting if he/she has the
injured finger soaked in the holographic water.
It is the most supernatural that holographic
water is the most economical, the most
high-efficient anodyne global medical science
cannot invents.
此外,
全息水还会在解决牙痛,
眼疾,
痔疮,
各种皮肤病和妇科病的过程中显示出明显的功效。万一某一天地震或战争发生了,
全息水将会是用于拯救伤病员的一种生产最快,
成本最低的止痛消炎良药。
Moreover, holographic water can appear magical
effect while getting around toothache, eye
illness, haemorrhoids, various skin diseases and
gynopathy. In case earthquake and war take place
one day, holographic water will be a kind of

pain-inflammation-good-killer which can be

In addition, as to entire
animals and plants, holographic water has the
