Commonness of Diseases” convoked in the first
session of China National Medicine Science and
Technology Convention
尊敬的亲王阁下，尊敬的各位国内外嘉宾和医学专家们女士们，先生们，大家好!
Good Morning, Dear Mr. Prince, dear
vice-premier, Dear every honoured guest and
specialist in the medical science, ladies and
gentleman!
今天我应邀给大家演讲的题目是：“疾病共性与健康”。认真仔细深入地研究疾病的共性，是世界医学的最前沿，是攻克所有疾病的必由之路。
Today, I am invited to be here to give a lecture
on “Health and the Commonness of Disease”.
Studying the commonness of diseases is the only
way to conquer all diseases.
不过，目前世界对“疾病共性”的研究是“基因疗法”和“干细胞移植”，还在探索当中，能达到实用，还遥遥无期。而我们，是独僻溪径，是从人体生物电的角度开始的，早已取得了突破性进展。2007年6月26日获得联合国颁发的“世界和平贡献杰出人物”奖。
At present, the study on the commonness of
diseases i.e. “gene therapy” and “stem cell
transplant”, are still in the process of
exploration. My study bases on the aspect of
bioelectricity, and has obtained striking
breakthrough. I won “the Reward of Contribution
Outstanding People of the World’s Peace” awarded
by the United Nation on June 26, 2007.
近期中国书市上有本书，叫《中国健康调查报告》，获得卫生部科技进步一等奖。是由中国预防医学科学院、美国康奈尔大学和英国牛津大学三个部门的专家花了廿年时间协作完成的。
The book, titled as The China Study, composed
together by relevant specialists in China
Academy of Preventive Medical Science, American
Cornell University and British Oxford
University, derived the first prize of
scientific and technological progress from the
Ministry of Public Health.
该书中明确写道：“动物蛋白能显著增加癌症、心脏病、糖尿病、多发性硬化病、肾结石、骨质疏松、高血压、白内障和老年痴呆症等的患病几率”。
That book said: “Animal albumen can evidently
increase the probability of coming down with
cancers, heart disease, diabetes, and so on.”
也就是说，动物蛋白就是百病之源。这与我几年前写的书：鱼和野生动物是百病之源不谋而合。人类研究健康、研究治病，如果连每日的饮食和营养学的最基本常识都不懂，您找这样的人问健康就等于问道于盲！
It happens to have the similar view with my
study that all kinds of fish and wildlife are
the source of all diseases”.
随着世界工业化的发展，地球整体环境都受到了严重的破坏和污染，加上营养学的严重误导，使得各种各样的“不治之症”层出不穷，加上现代医学研究方法和观念的严重错误，全世界的医学科学都发展非常的缓慢，
Now, serious misleading of nutrition makes
various “incurable diseases” emerge in
endlessly.
对“不治之症”喊了都几千年了，还是“不治之症”。近年连“普通感冒都被世界医学界定为十大疑难杂症之一”。翻开《现代内科学》，900多万字，几乎不能对任何一种疾病下一个肯定的结论。
“Incurable diseases” that have been studied for
several thousand years remain incurable. Even
the “common cold” is determined as one of ten
major difficult and complicated cases. The book,
titled as Modern Applied Medicine, barely gives
a last word for any kind of diseases.
美国著名医学博士巴特曼对此评论说：“翻阅医学教科书，就会读到上千页的空话，只要涉及人体主要疾病的原因，所有病例的结论都如出一辙：‘病因不详’”，他的书被西方誉为“与《圣经》相提并论”。
American M.D. F•Batmanghelidj said: “opening the
medical textbook, all conclusions of the case
are exactly the same i.e. ‘ the cause of this
kind of disease is not quite clear’.” His book
is praised as being equated with the Bible by
western medical fields.
日本医学博士林秀光说：“现代医学充满缺陷，就连过敏性皮肤炎都无法治好的医学……不久之后我直觉现代医学理论将在最近的将来瓦解”。
Japanese M.D. Lin-Xiuguang said: “the theory of
modern medical science will go into pieces in
the near future.”
中国《误诊学》书中写道：“随着相关科学的发展，各种现代化的检查仪器不断进入临床，诊断手段有了很大的进步和提高，但是临床的误诊率并没有因此而下降……可见过去单纯地从正面研究诊断的规律，存在着明显的局限性，应当从研究的方法上认真地查找原因”。
The book, titled as Misdiagnoses, said: “The
clinical misdiagnosis rate never decreases due
to the application of those advanced test
instruments in the clinical practice one by one.
We should look for the reason from study mode in
real earnest. “
所有国家每年都消耗大量的资源，还到处是病人。由此可见，遍布世界各地的、那众多的大小医院、医疗站、门诊部，虽然设备十分先进与高科技化，但是对众多的“不治之症”的治疗毫无帮助。实质上，它们都仅仅是人类为了维护自己的生存而建立的一种十分原始、落后的对抗疾病的“试验站”，仅仅是人类文明历史长河中的一个过渡的过程。
As a matter of fact, worldwide hospitals,
medical stations, the clinics in different scale
are nothing but a kind of very primitive and
backward “anti-disease experimental station”.
医学的发展，必定要走到我们研究成功的这一步：治愈所有疾病，全部都可以不花钱、不药而愈。
The Development of medical science must develop
to this stage: all disease can be spontaneously
healed.
中医学认为：所有疾病都是人体经络不通。西医学认为：所有疾病都是因人体生物电的不正常。如心电图反映出心脏病，脑电图反映脑部有病等等。
Western medicine thinks all diseases can be
reflected in the abnormality of bioelectricity
of body. Such as, heart disease can be reflected
in the abnormality of ECG. The pathological
changes in brain can be reflected in the
abnormality of EEG.
也就是说，无论中医还是西医，疾病存在共性确实无疑。如果将健康人的正常生物电录取，如心电、胃电、肝电、脑电、皮肤电等等，再通过电脑合成、编码，制成一种电子芯片（晶片），
Record healthy person’s bioelectricities (such
as, heart electricity, liver electricity,
stomach electricity) and make them integrated
via computer, and then, this kind of electronic
therapy chip come into being.
利用这种芯片，就可以设计成一台仪器，用来调节人体的生物电达到正常，那么，所有疾病都可以不药而愈了。
In succession, all diseases will be
spontaneously conquered if apply this kind of
chip to regulate abnormal bioelectricity into
normal condition.
同理，也可以将这种芯片设计进电脑网络中，仅通过登录网页，就可以利用网络的“在线治疗”，
Of course, the information of this kind of chip
can also be installed in the computer. And then,
it comes naturally to every patient to carry out
“online therapy” via internet.
这样几乎不花钱，不分地区国界、不分民族、不分信仰和文化，不分贫富，所有病人的病都可“不药而愈”。
Spontaneous healing belongs to every patient
regardless of nation, nationality, belief and
culture.
我们在中国、香港、美国已建立了多个这样的“网络医院”（治疗时不接触人体，无丝毫副作用，用中、英文播音），随时随地供广大民众下载，或直接用予治病。我们已经将这种无私的爱播洒给全世界。
The establishment of “web-based hospital” will
spread this unselfish love to the whole world.
我和罗树伟二人合著的《宇宙统一场论》已经出版发行，书中发现和论证了一个新的宇宙法则：就是“生命和健康同在”。
The book, titled as the Theory of the Universal
Unified Field, written in collaboration with
Luo-Shuwei, has been come out. That book reveals
and demonstrates a new cosmic rule: health and
life coexist.
想想看，动物世界根本就无医无药，连微生物和小昆虫都能在地球上繁衍生息几十亿年不灭就是铁证，由此可见，宇宙中的生命法则其实很简单。
The universal life rule is often unexpectedly
simple.
人类之所以多病，完全是营养学家和医学家的无知和无能造成的。根据我们的研究，所有的“不治之症”，全部都不是“病”，而仅仅是四维（高维）时空反映到三维可见时空的一种表面假象，
According to our study, “incurable diseases” are
nothing but the same kind of seemingly different
phenomenon, which is reflected in the
3-dimensional space-time from the 4-dimensional
space-time.
所以有许多疾病，用尽方法，历时几十年都治不好，也搞不明白。
Therefore, many diseases are unable to be healed
after decades.
近几年，由于天体科学、高能物理学和量子科学的发现，高维时空的存在已陆续被提出，现有三维时空的实证科学观，已远远落后于宇宙物质系统中更真实存在的多维时空规律。现代医学用尽名目繁多的各种药物和众多医疗手段，难道在历时几千年的不断失败中，还不足以唤醒人们：现有的化学医药都严重缺乏科学的有效性、甚至错了。
In being chemical medicine is severely short of
scientific validity.
著名美国医生和作家奥利佛•温德尔•霍姆斯就认为：“若将所有的药品沉入大海底的话，对人类来说就是一大福音，不过对鱼却是一种诅咒”。由此可见，现有所有药品仅仅只具有一点点辅助的作用。
American doctor Oliver Wendell Holmes thought:
“all medicines sunken into ocean, maybe it is
evangelicalism to mankind, but a kind of curse
to the fish.”
量子力学认为，一种物质粒子就有一个“场”，那么整个宇宙，就有一个“宇宙统一场”。而人是生活在宇宙之中的，所以人体生物场必定受宇宙统一场的调控和制约。
Quantum mechanics thinks a kind of particle has
a kind of corresponding field. Then, there must
be the Universal Unified field in the whole
universe.
人之所以生病，就是因人体生物场与宇宙统一场失调，站在量子理论的角度看，所有疾病的本质也是完全相同的：就是人体生物场失调。如果将人体生物场“回归”宇宙统一场，即两个“场”协调共振（电子学叫谐振），即万病都可以不药而愈。
Trying to make the Human Bio-field return to the
Universal Unified Field, the synchronization
between 2 fields will spontaneously start the
operation of body self-recovery system.
我们发明的“生物电子芯片”，我们创建的“网络医院”，其核心作用就在于此，本质就是调节人体生物场和宇宙统一场谐振。这就是中医科学喊了几千年的“天人合一”、“天人感应”、“回归自然”的真实含义。
That is why we establish “web-based hospital”
upon which to base “online therapy”. It is also
the tangible application of the “Unity between
Heaven and Man”, the “telepathy between Heaven
and Man” and the “regression of nature”

需特别说明的是：我们创造的这种专用治疗芯片，并建立“网络医院”，我们应用的是一个宇宙的固有法则，所以，对所有疾病（包括癌症和所有疑难杂症）的治疗，有效率是100%，只要坚持，必有奇效。

basis of the application of a universal

世界卫生组织（WHO）2007年8月23日的年度报告指出：“传染病在全球的爆发和传播越来越快，治愈难度也越来越大”。
The annual report of World Health Organization
on August 23, 2007 pointed out: “The outburst
and prevalence of infectious diseases will be
more and more rapid. It also becomes more and
more difficult to heal them.”
“疯牛病”、“沙士”、“禽流感”的爆发，显现现代医学科技的原始、落后和无能，已远远不能胜任维护人类的健康。WHO多次向世界发出预警：近几年内大规模传染性流行病将在全世界发生，而英国准备了五百万条装尸袋和各地大规模的屠杀一些动物和家禽，只是作消极的防范。
In recent years, large-scale infective epidemic
disease will happen in the whole world.
为今之计，当今医学最迫切的任务，就是要彻底的改变旧有观念和研究的方法。
The most urgent task of current medical science
is to thoroughly change traditional concept and
study mode.
在这里，将我们17年的研究成果：使所有疾病不药而愈的治疗方法无私地贡献给社会，
Here, we contribute the study outcome of 17
years i.e. the therapy of spontaneous healing to
society.
其高效与简单是出乎人们常规意料的，您也许不信，但千万不可不知。由于我们的设计是：大众化，不花钱，人人可为，诚恳希望大家能认真一试。
